The Yolatespfad in Bad Hall combines gentle exercise with an experience of nature. On a path with ten exercise stations, simple elements of yoga, Pilates, breathing techniques and meditation invite you to consciously perceive your own body and recharge your batteries.
Yolates was developed by Dr Irmina Boltenstern and sees itself as mindful bodywork that brings mind, soul and body into harmony. The exercises along the way - from mobilisation and strengthening to conscious breathing - promote flexibility, stability and inner peace.
