SeasonCard

The SaisonCard is a prepaid card for the 360° Alpenland region in Upper Austria. It is valid from 1 May to 1 November and includes over 67 free activities as well as numerous discounts – from unlimited mountain railway rides and museum admissions to nature experiences between Pyhrn and Priel, Steyr and Bad Hall. For anyone who regularly spends time in the mountains, towns and valleys, it’s like having summer in your pocket.

Whether it’s a day trip or a weekend break with the children, or a well-deserved break at the Bad Hall thermal spa – the SaisonCard is great value for anyone who spends a lot of time outdoors in the summer. Families benefit in particular: with the Upper Austria Family Card, children receive the SaisonCard free of charge when a parent purchases one. This turns individual outings into a continuous summer of mountain and cultural experiences.

The SaisonCard is valid from 1 May to 1 November. It accompanies you through the flowering season, the alpine summer and the golden autumn in the 360° Alpine landscape. Whether it’s your first mountain hike in May or a late-summer stroll through the streets of Steyr – the card remains a reliable gateway to nature and culture for months on end.

The SaisonCard is available online at www.saisoncard.at. Once you’ve bought it, nothing stands in the way of enjoying summer in the 360° Alpine Region. With transparent terms and conditions, clear communication and straightforward use – planning becomes easy and the anticipation becomes a reality.

With the SaisonCard, you can enjoy unlimited use of the mountain railways in Hinterstoder and on the Wurzeralm. This makes gaining altitude easy – whether for hikes to alpine pastures with stunning views, family trails or quiet moments at the summit. The alpine landscape between Pyhrn and Priel reveals itself step by step – without having to work out the distances every time.

Admission to the Therme Mediterrana in Bad Hall is included in the SaisonCard. After a hike or cycle ride through the river valleys around Steyr, the thermal waters become a source of relaxation. Between the sauna area and the summer outdoor pool, a different side of the 360° Alpine landscape reveals itself: mindful, peaceful and soothing.

The SaisonCard is available to buy, with discounted advance sales until the end of March. Adults pay less when buying in advance until the end of March, and children with an Upper Austrian Family Card are included when a parent purchases one. Anyone planning several cable car rides, museum visits or spa admissions will quickly realise the financial benefits.

You can use almost all of the free services included in the SaisonCard as often as you like – details on how often are set out in the terms and conditions for each service.
