On skis through the mountains of Upper Austria

In the south of Upper Austria, Pyhrn-Priel beckons with striking peaks and living mountain tradition. When the slopes between Hinterstoder and Wurzeralm are clad in white, skiing begins with a clear breath of winter air. Wide pistes, groomed runs and mountain panoramas create space for sporty turns and sweeping views.

At the same time, small, family-run ski lifts show a different, quieter side of winter in 360° Alpenland. Manageable slopes, short distances and personal encounters make it easy to arrive - especially for families and beginners. The result is a day of skiing that combines exercise, closeness to the landscape and a genuine mountain feeling - right in the heart of Upper Austria.
