Mollner Nativity Scene Procession

We cordially invite you to our nativity scene exhibition!
From December 24, 2026, through the end of January 2027, you can discover around 100 lovingly displayed nativity scenes.

We cordially invite you to take some time and go for a walk to see the approximately 100 nativity scenes on display in the various neighborhoods (Center, Breitenau, Ramsau, Sonnseite, and Frauenstein). Take advantage of the “fias Gmiat” offer! A heartfelt “thank you” to all the volunteers who have made this beautiful tradition possible for years! The nativity scene painting was created by our Molln-based artist, Ms. Romana Hörzing, and can be admired in the entrance area of the Community and Music Center. The story behind it: The shepherds are walking from the Breitenau branch church toward the town center—the parish church with the Holy Family—and the Three Wise Men are walking from the Frauenstein pilgrimage church toward the parish church/town center as well.
