Musically, there are some real highlights to look forward to: Buntspecht —the six-piece chamber pop collective from Vienna that blends indie pop with gypsy jazz and Viennese folk songs and has long been filling large venues—brings one of Austria’s most exciting live acts to Steyr. EFEU bring guitar rock with bluesy emotion and driving (post-)punk from Vorarlberg/Vienna to the stage, and the indie-folk duoDuoLia. from the Bregenzerwald moves audiences with two voices, guitar, and violin. Additional acts will be announced regularly.
On Saturday, families can look forward to a colorful supporting program: The popular creative market brings arts and crafts, design, and handmade fashion to the castle park. There will also be a children’s program, a live set by the Faderlund Music School, and, as usual, a culinary variety ranging from street food to vegan specialties.
