We are located in a super quiet but very central pedestrian zone in the old town. The entrance to the building is situated in the secluded Schlossergasse, a historic alley between Sierningerstraße No. 24 and Schuhbodengasse No. 8. The beautiful Steyr is best explored on foot, by bicycle, or with the Segway Steyr tour. The train station and the old town are a 10-minute walk away.
For maximum comfort, please use the fully monitored Wieserfeldplatz garage (at Wieserfeldplatz 11, 4400 Steyr), which is only about 50 meters from our house.
The fees for the Wieserfeldplatz garage are:
7 euros per day on weekends;
3.50 euros per day on public holidays and
12.60 euros per day on weekdays.
There are sufficient parking options around the apartment on the street. (blue zone with removable parking ticket from Monday to Saturday noon during business hours)
You may use the courtyard in front of the house with your car for dropping off passengers and luggage by entering Schlossergasse from the south side (at the height of Sierninger Straße 24).

Covered parking (for a fee) is available at the Wieserfeldplatzgarage (Wieserfeldplatz 11).
You will find the key card for the apartment in the key box—you will receive the code on the day of your arrival.
My name is Markus, and I am the owner of a medium-sized tour operator. I often book accommodations for myself, my employees, and sometimes for our clients. Since 2021, we have also been hosts for our City Pad in Steyr, Austria. We spend most of the year living in Sydney, Australia. Every year, we come to Steyr for several months to visit family and friends and enjoy the city's charm, which is still largely untouched by mass tourism. Whenever we have been in Steyr, we have spent most of our time in this beautiful neighborhood with our favorite restaurants and bars, a stunning untouched old town that can be explored on foot, and the flowing waters of the crystal-clear Steyr River, which is just a stone's throw away. Here we simply had to find space to pitch our tents. When the opportunity arose to design our own European "Old Town Paradise" from two apartments in our favorite corner of Steyr, we simply had to seize the chance.
