Through Alexander's passion for distillation, we came up with the idea of a self-distilled gin.
Of course, we could say the following, like many do when distilling gin:

"No gin was to our taste, so we wanted to create our own!"
"We didn't want the next industrial gin!"

Our gin should be playful & honest while still carrying a touch of the Alps.
It is gently and slowly distilled in small batches in our traditional copper still, and then filled and labeled by hand.
