Pumptrack Kirchdorf an der Krems

For those who are not familiar with pumptracks, here are a few explanatory words. A pumptrack is a circuit with waves and steep turns. The track is called PUMPtrack because you don't have to pedal or dive. Speed is built up by pulling and pushing over hills and dips. This trains strength, coordination and endurance simultaneously and playfully.

The Pumptrack Kirchdorf is an asphalt track. This means that anything that rolls can ride here. Bicycles, scooters, inline skates, skateboards and even running wheels. From very young to very old, complete beginners to full professionals, everyone has fun here. The facility is open to everyone and can be used free of charge

For all those who are a little more familiar with the matter of Pumptrack. The Pumptrack Kirchdorf is built on an area of around 850 square metres. It is asphalted and offers various lines, two double-table combinations and direction changes.

The Pumptrack is located directly in front of the Stadthalle Kirchdorf (Weinzierler Straße 26, 4560 Kirchdorf an der Krems). There are plenty of parking spaces available. For breathers (or spectators) there are seating areas with outdoor slacklines.

Usage Rules

The course is operated by Bikesport RC Kremstal and is open to all users who handle it responsibly and adhere to the following rules:

• The facility is not supervised. Use is at your own risk.
• Riding is only allowed with a helmet and adequate protective clothing.
• Always ride in a controlled manner and adjust your speed to your abilities, the conditions on the track, and the other users. You are responsible for not colliding with other users or objects.
• Motorized vehicles are not allowed.

• Only ride on paved paths – everything else damages the facility.
• Stopping on the track is prohibited.
• Show respect towards slower and inexperienced riders – especially children – and be considerate.
• Maintain a safe distance and use your brain.
• Take care of the track – no brake marks, do not ride beyond the curves – so that we can all enjoy this facility for as long as possible.
• Sports equipment must be in impeccable condition.

• For safety reasons, do not leave your sports equipment on or next to the track.
• Do not leave any waste, contaminants, or damage.
• Vandalism will be prosecuted.
• Be a role model: Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
• Parents are responsible for their children.
• Spectators must watch from outside the course. Animals must be leashed and kept away from the riding area of the facility.
