Bad Hall Fire Brigade

The volunteer fire department of Bad Hall is technically part of the Bad Hall section. The mandatory area of the Bad Hall fire department includes the entire municipal area of Bad Hall with all districts, public facilities, businesses, as well as the surrounding spa and recreational area.

General

The fire station is located at the former large parking lot directly on the B122, immediately next to the local branch of the Red Cross. The central location allows for quick access for the team and short response times to all deployment locations within the municipality.

Vehicle Hall

The vehicle hall includes seven parking spaces, each equipped with automatic exhaust extraction and battery maintenance. Water, electricity, and compressed air connections are integrated into the gate pillars. One parking space features a passage with a covered training area.

Maintenance and Cleaning

A spacious wash bay allows for the cleaning of vehicles under cover. Hoses are either soaked depending on the level of dirt or transported via the hose washing machine to the eleven-meter high hose tower, where they are automatically hung up and dried.

Workshops

In addition to the general workshop, there is a dedicated breathing apparatus area with a testing station, mask care, and a permanently installed breathing air compressor. Surrounding fire departments can also fill cylinders there. Additionally, the ground floor houses the main storage area, as well as other storage rooms and the emergency power generator on the upper floor.

Operations Center and Building Technology

The operations center offers two workstations with telephone, internet, and radio. The entire building is equipped with modern bus technology, allowing lighting, heating, and functions to be controlled centrally or via telephone. A speaker system enables announcements and individual room control.
