Weighing over 50 tons and directly fired, the wood oven gives our bread and pastries their unique aroma.

The wood-fired bakery Schaupp in Steyr stands for traditional baking craftsmanship and regional quality. For many years, the bread has been baked in a wood-fired oven, giving it its distinctive aroma and a crispy crust.

 Particularly renowned is the popular Schaupp roll. In addition to bread and baked goods, there are also delicious sweet specialties for every taste.



Included Service: For more than 100 years, we have been baking our bread with high-quality, regional raw materials and without additives in the original "Old German wood-fired oven" - hand-fired with spruce wood from local forests. At temperatures of up to 380°C on the natural stone slab, unique roasting aromas are created that define the character of our products!
