Wild & Wine – the perfect combination in the new farm shop of the Duke of Württemberg in Hinterstoder.
Whether for Sunday roast in the company of family or for a shared snack with a good glass of wine among friends – in the new farm shop, you will receive expert advice to make the perfect meat and product selection, as well as find the matching wine.
The game comes from the forests of the Duke of Württemberg in Hinterstoder. About 90 % of the hunted red deer, chamois, and roe deer are taken down in the farm's own cooling and butchering area, examined by a veterinarian, and processed. The premium cuts are then vacuum-sealed, ready for the kitchen and boneless.
Everything else is refined into game products, such as venison burger, venison salami, venison sausage, venison ham, chamois sausage, wild cabanossi, wine bites, bratwurst, cheese grillers, liver cheese, wild burgers, and wild liver pâté with green pepper or cranberries.
The professional hunters of the Duke of Württemberg have committed themselves to harvesting the game with great care and deep respect for nature, stress-free from its natural and free habitat. Thus, a high-quality food product with excellent quality can be offered for incomparable and aromatic taste experiences.
The wines come from the Duke of Württemberg's own winery near Stuttgart. A select range of his wines can also be found in the integrated wine shop in the farm shop. In addition to the award-winning white and red wines, sparkling options like Secco Rosé or Riesling Sekt are offered to stylishly complement wild culinary moments.
A visit to the farm shop is worthwhile all year round – even outside the regular hunting season. Because wine is in season all year round, and wild meat is available in the form of refined game products, as well as frozen goods until spring in the farm shop. This way, you can take regional moments of enjoyment from Stodertal home at any time!

Accessibility / arrivalThe new farm shop is located at the forester's lodge of the Duke of Württemberg's forestry and hunting operations at Prielerweg 4, 4573 Hinterstoder.
Drive into the village of Hinterstoder until just before the town hall, there turn right before it, passing the fire station. Directly after the bridge over the Steyr, take the path on the left and continue to Prielerweg 4.
