The staircase leads to a balcony that runs along the building and up a staircase to the 2nd floor. You enter the apartment through an anteroom. From this, on the left, is the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for self-catering (refrigerator, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, kettle, etc.). Also in the kitchen is a dining table with a corner bench and chairs. From the anteroom, you also enter the spacious bathroom, which contains a shower, toilet, sink, and a washing machine. A spiral staircase leads to the 2nd floor, where the living room and behind it, the bedroom are located. The living room is furnished with a large couch and a television.
