Farming is our shared passion. We process part of our shared milk ourselves in our own small farm dairy. Our products are characterized by special animal welfare and the resulting good quality. Only through marketing directly from the farm and your support do we have the opportunity to pass on the added value of our milk. With great care and as natural as possible, we offer: **Fresh organic raw milk and organic whole milk** We sell raw milk that is untreated, coming directly from the cow, into the tank and into your milk bottle. According to law, the bottle must state “Boil before consumption” and have a very short expiration date noted. This doesn't mean it goes bad after this date – just trust your senses ;) Our farm is also approved for the production of whole milk. The gentle pasteurization (heating) makes the milk last longer and brings out its full-bodied flavor. **Organic natural yogurt and fruit yogurts** …is pasteurized (heated) and freshly filled into jars. In the fridge, you will find a firm natural yogurt with a particularly tasty cream layer – also a quality feature. Our fruity and especially creamy layer yogurts are available in various flavors for a small snack in between or perfect as dessert in a 180g deposit jar. Here, conscious enjoyment is the priority! **Organic quark, sour cream and spreads** …are perfect as a bread spread, with grilled food or as a dip. Here too, we strive to use only regional ingredients. You can use our hand-crafted whole milk quark or low-fat quark as a creamy bread spread and to refine savory or sweet dishes. I personally love to create pastries with our quark ;) **Organic eggs** Our hens live in a mobile barn and continuously move to new, fresh patches of meadows. This allows the chicken pasture to recover, and the birds can pick fresh grass. The eggs from our hardworking organic hens are only available at our farm in the sales hut!
