Then it's time for a break! Take a deep breath and restore your balance with the right yoga practice. Namaste! ### About me I stand in life with two legs and sometimes I also balance ☺ I am a mum to two lovely daughters and love my life. I live in Pfarrkirchen and have had my own yoga studio in the centre of Bad Hall since 2019. ### My motivation Yoga is my passion and more than just exercise. It's good for me and I want to pass these good vibes on to you. When yoga doesn't just take place on the mat, but in everyday life, it bears fruit. Yoga for body, mind and soul. Namaste My yoga style Vinyasa is based on Hatha Yoga and special styles such as Yin Yoga, Armchair Yoga and Hormone Yoga.
