The Roman Catholic Filial Church Holy Family of the parish church of Großraming belongs to the deanery of Weyer in the diocese of Linz. The church is a listed building. Every Sunday, the people of Brunnbach hiked over 10 km to Großraming to attend church services. In 1949, everyone decided together to build their own church. Already in 1950 the construction of the church was completed. All residents of Brunnbach helped together and built the Brunnbach church mostly by hand. On weekdays, mainly the women of the village worked on the construction of the church, as the men were in the forest doing woodwork and only came home on weekends. Only in the year 2000, after a collection of donations, was it possible to purchase a church clock, although a place for it had already been provided when the church was built in 1949. Today the Brunnbach Church is a popular place for weddings.
