Horse experience for children from 4-12 years Riding pedagogical supervision Duration 60 min In the riding pedagogic care, children are cared for in a relaxed setting which offers a lot of freedom and yet a clear structure. The focus is on appreciation, play and humour. Various exercises on the horse are used to develop elementary basic skills such as rhythm, balance and coordination. Group dynamic processes support the children in showing consideration for each other. Contents of the lesson: getting to know each other, horse care, body language of the horse, relating to the animal, showing consideration, helping together, fine motor skills, leading the horse, riding and movement on the horse, depending on the size of the group, group dynamic games on the ground and on the horse. Playful and well supervised approach to independent and safe handling of the living being and partner horse, as well as experience-based learning of the associated horse knowledge. Movement, play and creative design Activities in nature with and on the horse Services included: Supervision by pedagogically qualified persons with specialisation in the areas of children, development, learning and equestrian sports.
