Since 2002, goats have lived on our farm. The high intelligence of these animals, their sensitive character, and the digestibility of the milk continually fascinate us, and from one hobby goat, we now have approximately 50 dairy goats and a few young animals. The organic farming method of our operation is very important to us, and of course, our goats have access to pasture throughout the year. The milk is completely processed in our on-farm cheese dairy into various cheese specialties and yogurt. What is particularly beautiful about our form of operation is that we get to shape and experience everything from the land, the animals' feed, the goats, milk processing, to the people for whom we produce our products. The direct contact with our customers is very dear to us; it is a great enrichment for us to know who enjoys our products.
