Organic fruit cultivation does pose some challenges, but the work and the yield are a true delight. The fruit harvested in the fall is stored in our own cold storage facilities on the farm. This saves many unnecessary transport routes, and the fruit stays crisp and fresh. Thus, you can enjoy our organic fruit all year round as if it had just been picked from the tree.
