Tuesday is a rest day. The furnishings of the kitchen, guest room, and the rooms are very simple. We have no connection to the power grid. There is only a small solar power system with storage that provides a little lighting in the evenings. There are no electrical appliances. All warm meals are cooked with the wood stove. Life on the mountain is limited to the essentials. We and our guests experience how simply one can live. The breathtaking nature in the Kalkalpen National Park and the cozy evenings with the guests (often with music) make the stay at the Anlaufalm a special experience.
