The Prielschutzhaus is an Eldorado for climbers in the Totes Gebirge! The mountaineering opportunities around the Prielschutzhaus are extremely varied. Mountain hikers, climbers, via ferrata and ski tourers will find a rich field of activity here. You will be spoilt with traditional Austrian cuisine and homemade pastries. Enjoy alpine hut flair or the marvellous view of the surrounding mountains from the sun terrace. The Prielschutzhaus and its team offer guests pretty much everything they could expect: the accommodation is far beyond the usual standard, the landlord is a mountain guide and is always happy to provide information about tours and the weather. There are also three separate guest rooms (also suitable for private parties) and a seminar room for course groups of up to 30 people. The improvements made to the Prielschutzhaus have also had an impact on areas that normal visitors do not normally get to see. The entire ecosystem of the Prielschutzhaus has been integrated into the high alpine world in an exemplary manner and the supply system and kitchen have also been adapted to the latest findings.
